Although we aim to provide fixed fees in most cases, it is not always possible. The reason is that all legal jobs are different and will depend on developments that are outside of our control. If we are unable to provide a fixed fee, we’ll do our best to provide a fee estimate range or we’ll offer you an hourly rate to complete your legal job.
There are limited circumstances where we may be unable to provide you with a quote, for example if we have a conflict or if your request relates to an issue that we don’t cover. Where this applies, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
